It's been a little while so I'm going to do a few updates.
I may not have told you before but I have a bit of an obsession with baking at the moment. I bake on average one cake per week (minimum) I can't figure out whether it's a healthy habit or extremely unhealthy. I hardly even eat the cakes! It's usually friends or the boy eating my cake.
Anyhow, here is the latest installment of my un/healthy addiction.
I would give the recipe but I don't measure my ingredients. I just chuck it all in and hope for the best. This one was just a plain victoria sponge with buttercream and raspberry jam.. . .
My mum, brother's fiancee and I also went to a cute farm called Holmbush it was adorable! I saw two lambs being born and lots of lovely farm animals and we went on a tractor ride. I love springtime ^.^
